Better late than never. Ri Ra finally has a Web site up for its Portsmouth location, so if you want to find out what’s going on, you no longer have to look to the Evansville, Indiana Ri Ra site. The new site’s pretty good, detailing some of the history of the old bank building, and Portsmouth itself. And there’s also a listing of upcoming bands, and a monthly “pub club” e-mail updating patrons on what’s going on at the bar.
I’m still hoping that the problems I’ve experienced with this place are just due to the steep learning curve associated with opening a new restaurant/bar. Because Portsmouth could certainly use another good Irish bar.
